I'm not a huge fan of the big collars, but otherwise this was exactly what I was looking for. Great for business casual wear - nice to be able to zip it open if I get too warm in meetings. Provides just the right amount of warmth; comfortable.Purchased this sweater to carry in my day pack when hiking. Tag says it is 100% cotton which I really like. I also like the fit and comfort. Most buyers will probably like it. However, the weight for my size medium is 18.4 ounces. That's more than I want to be carting around so will return it.This is a very comfortable sweater/jacket. The only thing that is driving me crazy is the zipper. The flap underneath the zipper gets caught. It can be held open to allow the zipper to work, but, otherwise the zipper catches on it and jams.I like the Amazon Essentials Quarter-Zip Sweaters a lot but wanted to try one with a zipper so I don't have to pull it on and off, which is a pain. My experience with the Quarter-Zips is that they fit well and look sporty (see 3rd pic).This Full-Zip is more convenient to take on and off, but has a few issues compared to the Quarter-Zip. For one, the arms are longer than the same size in the Quarter-Zip and so I have to fold the cuffs back to make them fit (for record I am slim, 5'8", 150 lbs, and wear 32-33" sleeves).Second, as others have said, the zipper on the Full-Zip tends to catch on the material around it and you often have to wrestle with it to get it to zip up. Third, the Full-Zip doesn't look quite as sporty and ends up looking more like a "dad" sweater. Finally, the Full-Zips are not as warm as the Quarter-Zips.These issues are minor to me since it is so hard to find all-cotton sweaters these days, so I am glad these are being offered. However if I wanted to look my best I would wear the Quarter-Zip and save the Full-Zip for more casual knocking around. And if Amazon can also create some cotton sweaters with patterns, that would be awesome.I am not a Cotten sweater person preferring Marino wool or cashmere blends but this Cotten sweater is very nice and warmer than I expected. It is quite soft and looks great.welcome winter at a lower thermostat setting.Stylish , comfortable and you get complements. What more can you askThis sweater is exactly what I wanted. I gave it a 4 because of the zipper problem like others mentioned but that's the only reason. (That does need to be improved.) My wife just put a stitch or two and it's fine. It can be dressed up or down. It's true to size.Appears good quality, one quirky thing is the zip slider appears to be on the "wrong" side ie the slider is normally on the LHS I find but not so here. Works fine though! Sleeves a little long for me but its the collar I didnt like, its sort of reluctant to turn down and less comfy for me. Thsi was my first buy of Amazon branded clothing which is an idea I like so shall buy more.Very thin material. Not at all what I expected. Advertised as "men's" but the zipper is on the wrong side this feels awkward to use. The fit is odd largely due the flimsiness of the material. I wanted a large and loose fitting one which this is but it hangs very oddly. Not at all happy with it. Wasted money...Normally spot on but this fitted quite big so had to return itLook good on, washes well, will probably buy again. Only slight negative is that the zip's on the wrong side.Comfort, colour and fit is excellent.
