Good quality material; it's not itchy and not too hot, it just traps body heat inside when needed. It fits great, and the fabric isn't heavy while wearing either...not for me at least: I'm 150lbs . In terms of the possible shrinkage, I adjust the temperature to med or low when I throw it in the dryer just to avoid potentially shrinking it.
