This book is a biography that has excellent insights and theory, from hands down one of the top three innovators that made the internet user/customer friendly. Amazon is now the internets most excellent purchasing tool since the first Sears cataloge was published in the 19th century in America. I have been doing buisness with Amazon since I graduated in 2005, having yet to ever have a problem with a single order. The author does a great job in following up leads that show glimpses into the rise of a computer, manageral, and last but not least a logistical genius. Fast read; which also highlights what every manager should be aware of in any type of corporation personnel management setting. Reads more like a journal in chronological order than a drab textbook. Hard to put down. A must buy for any entrepreneur and or buisness savants gearing up to change the world, or even anyone who like documentary/informational-type books. Must read for any biography enthusiasts.
