I was doing a large family BBQ, and was looking for all shortcuts. Buying pre-diced red onions was a no brainer. These are diced rather larger than my normal size, but nobody complained. They were fresh and not too potent. They do expire pretty quickly, so I ended up freezing some to use later. (they are not crisp when they defrost, might be me) Anyway, recommend these.
