The SWEET POTATOES were VERY FRESH fresh pkged well ., air tight sealed VERY conveniently peeled Cut especially since I was ill w/ flu & no patience this was a bonus 4 meI quickly rough chopped a ONION and mini sweet RED YELLOW ORANGE bell PEPPERSYes as a few mention some pieces were larger no problem just cut in half I Mixed with a bit of olive oil ground black pepper and a BIT of tyme..Cooked in my Air Fryer shaking a bit when soft brown edged & DoneOne last min thought.. I added a few drops of red balsamic vinegar cooked a bit longer so raw sharp taste was mellowed sprinkled all very lightly with some flaky salt.It's was delicious ? a good combinationI'd repeat makingI'll definitely not hesitate to order these cut up potatoes again and confidently recommend themIt was worth the the excellent price being pre cut then doing it myselfWhole ones were REPEADĹY out of stock & I really wanted Sweets Ended up it was lucky because I was to sik? to peel and chop hard sweet potatoes so I then had something easy to cook delicious and healthy to eat instead of toastAlso know I didn't cook them till 3 ' 4 days after delivery being ill ?and they were as fresh as if they were just prepped 4 cookingSo yea good value for convenience and fresh well sealed air tight.No Compaints at all ✌️Give them a shot you'll be glad
