I initially bought these because I was sick of the inconsistency that Levi’s had with their 501’s. I wanted a simple straight leg jean in a dark wash and these fit the bill perfectly for a fraction of the price. I haven’t noticed any issues with stitching. Denim feels just a hair thinner than 501’s, which is fine because those things feel like cardboard. Just as sturdy though.The stretch is very subtle. They’ll move with you, but don’t expect them to feel like an elastic stretch chino.They hug the thighs and butt just right with a clean straight taper down the leg. Plus they come in inseam lengths most big brands don’t carry. For this price, give ‘em a try.
